Agree/Disagree

The key to all emotional healing can be found in nature.
AGREE

Nature is filled with harsh cruelties.
DISAGREE

A person’s priorities should place family before work.
AGREE

Enjoying life is more important than pursuing fame, glory, and knowledge.
AGREE

Those born with social and financial advantages have a responsibility for those who are not.
DISAGREE

Ignorance is bliss.
AGREE

The pursuit of knowledge is a volatile quest.
DISAGREE

Someone’s ego (over-inflated sense of self-worth or superiority) will cause a tragic fall.
DISAGREE

Children learn their behaviors by watching and mimicking adults.
AGREE - Yes, kids learn their behaviors by watching and mimicking adults in their everyday life. For example if an adult burps while they're eating, the kid will slowly start to do the same thing, thinking that its okay to burp out loud because his father does it. And when his mother tells him "Why did you do that?! Thats so rude, go up to your room" he'll most probably respond like "You never tell dad not to do it, so I guessed its okay to do it." and then all the blame goes to the father. Not only children do that, but teenagers also. If their father told them that they started smoking from a young age and started driving when they were 16, teenagers will think that if they do this things they won't tell them anything because they did that in the first place.

Most people are basically cruel.
AGREE

Society makes a person whatever he becomes.
DISAGREE

The “disenfranchised man,” who finds himself unable to live within society for whatever reason, is someone for whom we should feel sympathy or reverence.
AGREE

Rejection and mistreatment can manifest themselves in a person becoming rage-filled.
DISAGREE

If a person or an animal is treated with cruelty, he will respond to others in the same way.
AGREE - Some people might thing that treating animals with cruelty is a fun thing to do! But no, animals in general have feelings and by hurting those feelings they might turn into evil and harmful creatures. For example if a dog owner treats his dog badly then the dog will start treating the owner the same way. Dogs though, unleash their anger to strangers. If they see a friend of the owner they'll start to bark and try to bite the stranger.

Those people we deem “monsters” in today’s society are merely misunderstood.
